About the Role
A Senior Product Manager – Salesforce, Agile Operations is needed to support the Salesforce product delivery team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce platform for retail banking operations. This role involves driving strategic alignment, optimizing delivery processes, and ensuring platform efficiency, all while enabling a seamless client experience.
With a highly collaborative mandate, this position requires thought leadership, strategic thinking, and proactive stakeholder management to ensure that Salesforce capabilities align with business objectives and deliver value across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
- Define and maintain a clear product vision for the Salesforce platform.
- Align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives and digital priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution.
Agile & Delivery Optimization
- Act as a subject matter expert on Agile delivery models, intake management, and platform processes.
- Lead problem resolution, prioritization, and process improvements in collaboration with technology teams.
- Oversee platform delivery lifecycle best practices, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and coordination across business units and technology teams.
- Balance competing needs and priorities while maintaining a focus on value-driven delivery.
Roadmap & Backlog Management
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce platform delivery roadmap.
- Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning to support Salesforce initiatives.
- Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure business impact and platform success.
Leadership & Influence
- Provide guidance and leadership to product teams, Agile pods, and technology partners.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing workflows and delivery frameworks.
- Advocate for innovation and digital transformation in platform operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working with Agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in product management, Agile delivery, and project execution.
- Proven ability to analyze complex concepts and apply them creatively.
- Experience managing Salesforce platform initiatives and backlog.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and business units.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce strategy, platform optimization, and delivery processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for Agile operations.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
