About the Role
The Sr. Salesforce Engineer will contribute to the growth of CrowdStrike by working within the Commerce & Order Provisioning Salesforce team. This team designs, builds, and delivers innovative solutions for E-commerce workflows. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of custom solutions, and driving quality in Order-to-Cash processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and VisualForce.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align on project and requirement goals.
- Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce and troubleshoot production issues as needed, serving as L3 support.
- Promote Salesforce best practices in coding and configuration and document these for broader development teams.
- Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and design sessions.
- Follow CI/CD processes for deployment and suggest improvements where needed.
- Mentor team members and review their deliverables.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce orgs and the Commerce process.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce application development.
- 2+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash processes in enterprise organizations, either in consulting or in-house IT roles.
- Salesforce certifications such as App Builder and PD1.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building E-commerce applications using Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications, including Application Architect.
