About the Role
This position requires a results-driven professional with a proactive approach. The role involves working closely with the project architect to design and implement technical solutions that address specific business needs. Responsibilities include solving complex technical challenges, configuring Salesforce solutions, and performing custom development to ensure an optimal user experience. The position also includes tasks related to scoping and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into well-structured solutions that effectively use Salesforce and align with web development best practices.
- Contribute to the technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud features.
- Create technical documentation outlining the solution approach and how it meets business objectives.
- Develop, test, and document integrations, custom development, and data migration elements.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality development practices.
- Provide estimates and work breakdowns for assigned tasks.
- Continuously update technical knowledge, keeping pace with Salesforce releases and industry trends in web development.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
- Advanced Admin certification is an advantage.
- Platform Developer I certification preferred; Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications are beneficial.
- At least three years of Salesforce development experience, focusing on Experience Cloud.
- Proficiency in Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong background in responsive web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and design frameworks such as SLDS, Bootstrap, and Material Design.
- Solid experience with Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce CLI (DX IDE), migration tools, SOSL, SOQL, web services, app builder, and Experience Builder.
