About the Role

A Sr. Salesforce Developer is needed to join the Information Systems Team at Ping Identity. This role involves building and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support key business functions. The position requires working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and developers to ensure effective integration, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work with project managers, stakeholders, and developers to design and deliver projects.
  • Participate in the full development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce functionality within a complex, global environment.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and meet deadlines for deliverables.
  • Identify and address potential risks in projects with a high level of technical complexity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience coding on the Force.com platform.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura, and Web Components.
  • Experience with SOAP, REST, and SFDC APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with Java, C++, ASP.NET, and other relevant languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Force.com IDE.
  • Experience managing large-scale data migrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks in a results-driven environment.
