About the Role

Pluralsight is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and support its Salesforce environment, a key component of company operations. This role is part of the Platform Operations team, working alongside Salesforce Administrators and Developers within the broader Salesforce IT CRM team, which includes Product Managers, Developers, Architects, and DevOps professionals. The position supports Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage user administration, reports, dashboards, Flows, data compliance, and system audits.
  • Prepare for Salesforce updates and releases, evaluating benefits and risks, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Oversee production and lower environments, including sandbox setup, data seeding, anonymization, and user access management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance Salesforce functionality, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and peers.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce trends and technologies, recommending improvements.
  • Work in a fast-paced, technical environment to deliver enhancements and resolve defects.
  • Design and implement data models, page layouts, workflows, and business rules.
  • Assist end-users with Salesforce-related issues and integrated tools.
  • Prioritize and manage backlog items and time-sensitive requests, ensuring clear communication.
  • Establish best practices, governance policies, and data management standards.
  • Document current and future processes, creating functional specifications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flow design, development, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Salesforce DX, Gearset) integrated with Jira.
  • Strong background in Agile environments and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification

Work Model & Travel:

Pluralsight offers a remote and hybrid work model, but periodic travel to HQ in Utah may be required depending on role and location.
