About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to lead and innovate at the intersection of technology, design, and business strategy. Working within a product trio (Product Manager, Service Designer, and Technical Lead) and as part of a cross-functional team, this position will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Technical Vision: Represent feasibility considerations within the product trio, ensuring that solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside product managers and designers to brainstorm, design, and implement impactful enhancements to Salesforce.
  • Hands-On Development: Configure, customize, and implement technical changes within Salesforce, including Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Guide and support Salesforce consultants and developers, fostering their growth and expertise.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other key systems, optimizing workflows and data consistency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about Salesforce updates and emerging technologies to enhance platform value.

Preferred Tech Stack & Tools

  • Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Development Tools: APEX, Triggers, Workflows, LWC
  • Integrations & DevOps: Bullhorn, 2Cloud9, Copado, SFDX, GitHub
  • Work Environment: Mac/PC

What’s Required

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, customization, and declarative tools.
  • Proven track record in technical leadership, guiding teams, and driving projects to success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with creative solutions.
  • Effective collaboration skills with a mindset that balances technical, business, and design priorities.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and complex system integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, or Platform Developer II (preferred but not required).
