About the Role

As a Systems Architect, you will be pivotal in creating, implementing, scaling, and optimizing solutions to support the growing needs of the Sales team. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure the solutions are scalable and efficient. Your expertise in Salesforce system configuration, customization, and integration will drive the success of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
  • Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other tools using iPaaS solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide development teams and stakeholders, offering mentorship to junior team members and sharing best practices for implementation.
  • Optimization and Performance Tuning: Continuously improve the performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions, identifying and resolving any system limitations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations and integrations to ensure the reliability of system functionality and data integrity.
  • Documentation and Training: Produce comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with new developments in Salesforce updates and industry trends, recommending new features and functionalities that could benefit the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of systems architecture best practices and patterns for Salesforce.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Applications Architect, Systems Architect, Salesforce Developer I, or II).
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and customizing Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
