About the Role
The Salesforce Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing client relationships, project planning, and delivery execution. This position requires balancing strategic vision with project constraints and risks to ensure client success and profitability. Acting as the primary liaison between AllCloud and client stakeholders, the role ensures the overall quality and success of Salesforce projects.
The position involves collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, requiring expertise in agile methodologies, dependency management, risk mitigation, and budget control. Familiarity with Salesforce and enthusiasm for earning product certifications is strongly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership to deliver business value and outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions, developing executable plans that include resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Proactively manage scope, timelines, resources, costs, quality, risks, and communication across projects.
- Facilitate consensus among diverse groups and resolve conflicts productively.
- Motivate and organize project teams to achieve goals.
- Assist in creating project deliverables as required.
- Implement a standardized solution lifecycle methodology for project execution.
- Communicate, document, and implement change management strategies to support client objectives.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, providing strategic vision and road mapping for future Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of consulting experience.
- Experience with Agile application development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Salesforce certifications, such as: Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Advanced Administrator; Salesforce Platform App Builder; Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
