About the Role
Possability Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to oversee and drive the development of its Salesforce-based Lumery Platform. This platform plays a key role in supporting disability services across the organization. The position combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning to ensure the platform continues to meet the needs of both teams and the individuals they serve.
Role Highlights

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver and enhance functionality
- Promote responsible use of data and continuous improvement
- Directly support systems that help improve lives across the disability sector
Key Responsibilities
Vision and Strategy
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business priorities and NDIS service delivery
- Ensure the platform supports evolving needs of the organization
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders across NDIS Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to align goals and gather feedback
- Coordinate with the CTO, CISO, Head of Infrastructure, and Head of Data Systems on system architecture, security, and data design
- Partner with external Salesforce vendors and service providers to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions
Platform Delivery and Support
- Lead Agile teams in the development and enhancement of the Lumery Platform
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder priorities
- Contribute to Salesforce development and technical support as needed
Driving Innovation
- Identify areas for platform performance, integration, and usability improvements
- Encourage adoption of new methodologies, tools, and features
- Support a culture of ethical and secure data usage
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Admin, Developer, or Architect roles
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
- Strong background in third-party integrations, especially with Azure
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Effective communicator with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Data Factory, Azure Datalake, and SQL (preferred)
