About the Role
A strategic Salesforce initiative is underway at GN, creating an opportunity to shape the Salesforce platform from the early stages. The Salesforce Product Owner will oversee Salesforce solutions such as Order Management System (OMS) and Service Cloud, supporting a transition toward a digital-first approach across the organization.
This role requires a balance between strategic impact and day-to-day execution, ensuring that the Salesforce platform aligns with business needs while being effectively implemented. The position involves working closely with stakeholders, technical leads, and scrum teams to identify opportunities, refine user stories, and oversee delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and refine backlog items, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Work with stakeholders, senior leadership, and operational teams to understand requirements and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Product Owners, Architects, and the Salesforce Success team to translate the product vision into actionable user stories.
- Support agile development by working with scrum teams in Denmark and Poland.
- Assist in requirement gathering, testing, and execution of Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and OMS.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with agile development, especially SAFe, is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
- Experience working with Salesforce architecture and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
