About the Role

The Salesforce Developer/Admin will play a significant role in developing, managing, and optimizing Salesforce applications. Responsibilities include integrating external systems, enhancing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement impactful technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage the Salesforce platform, including user setup, security, workflows, and data management.
  • Conduct system audits, monitor performance, and manage release updates.
  • Create scalable solutions using tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Design advanced reports, dashboards, and automation to enhance operations.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites with custom templates, components, and pages.
  • Use JavaScript frameworks to improve front-end solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Work closely with analysts and designers to transform business needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Admin.
  • Proven experience in developing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Administrator are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
