About the Role
The Salesforce Developer/Admin will play a significant role in developing, managing, and optimizing Salesforce applications. Responsibilities include integrating external systems, enhancing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement impactful technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage the Salesforce platform, including user setup, security, workflows, and data management.
- Conduct system audits, monitor performance, and manage release updates.
- Create scalable solutions using tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Design advanced reports, dashboards, and automation to enhance operations.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites with custom templates, components, and pages.
- Use JavaScript frameworks to improve front-end solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Work closely with analysts and designers to transform business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Admin.
- Proven experience in developing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Administrator are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
