About the Role
Salesforce is widely used across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Service, Quality, and Product teams. This role involves working with a team of three developers and a senior team lead to build scalable and reliable solutions for employees and customers. The team collaborates closely with other departments to ensure key initiatives are defined and prioritized alongside the Head of IT.
The position provides hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Shield, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Experience Cloud. The team also manages integrations with AWS and Azure. Work is done using agile methods, following best practices while also incorporating custom logic (Apex, LWC components) to enhance functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features and improve existing functionality using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Contribute to strategic planning, identifying ways to improve architecture and deployment processes.
- Improve platform usability, ensuring data points are accessible for business insights.
Required Experience & Skills
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, trigger frameworks, and LWC components.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (experience with CPQ or Revenue Cloud is a plus).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes is beneficial.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
