About the Role
Join a team dedicated to advancing implantable heart failure management (IHFM) technology. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes through early, targeted interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Database Administration
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding.
- Oversee profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings.
- Maintain data integrity through audits and mass updates.
- Evaluate and resolve Salesforce support tickets.
Development & Customization
- Configure and manage objects, fields, tabs, and Lightning pages.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with change control processes.
Documentation & Training
- Provide technical support for over 100 Salesforce users.
- Maintain documentation of system changes.
- Contribute to knowledge base content and training materials.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Objects, Reporting, and Dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate business processes and workflows.
- Experience in IT projects and working in complex, matrixed environments.
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience: $85,000 – $120,000 (for Illinois-based roles).
