Job Description

A Salesforce Architect is required to join Areya Technologies at the Pune office. The candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce, with at least two certifications from the following list:

Application Architect
B2C Commerce Architect
B2C Solution Architect
Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
Data Architect
Identity and Access Management Architect
Integration Architect
System Architect
Technical Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based technical solutions.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Partner with developers, administrators, and business analysts to address technical challenges and dependencies.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Develop technical documentation, including design documents and architecture diagrams.
Mentor development teams and offer support for complex Salesforce projects.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and features to drive improvements.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Identify risks in Salesforce implementations and recommend effective solutions.
Support sales and business development teams by offering technical expertise during pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and proposal creation.
Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and integrations to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
Resolve production issues related to Salesforce platform use.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while adhering to project deadlines.

Experience and Skills

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Proficient in the Force.com platform, including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, and Lightning.
Strong knowledge of Lightning components, Chatter API, and integration tools.
Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem.
Advanced skills in integration methods, APIs, and development tools.
