About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role focuses on configuration, customization, and user support to enhance efficiency and data management.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation
- Work with stakeholders to implement best practices and improve system functionality
- Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and profiles
- Oversee Certinia and Sitetracker platforms in addition to Salesforce
- Handle system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support requests
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality measures
- Ensure thorough testing and analysis of system changes before implementation
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement relevant features
- Collaborate on system upgrades and ensure seamless integrations with existing tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security profiles, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with data integration, automation, and system maintenance
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communicator with strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in enterprise production environments is a plus
