A growing team focused on healthcare technology is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to improve workflows and maintain system efficiency. This role is key in maintaining data accuracy, supporting automation, and ensuring the Salesforce platform aligns with business needs.

About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator will manage user access, improve data integrity, and support teams in refining processes within Salesforce. This position offers the opportunity to work with different departments to create efficient solutions that enhance daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • User & License Management – Handle onboarding, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • End-User Support – Assist users with Salesforce features, provide training sessions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Data Management – Maintain data accuracy, resolve duplicate records, and ensure system integrity.
  • Sales Process Support – Work with Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to refine lead handling, reporting, and automation.
  • System Configuration – Manage user settings, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Impact Assessment – Help evaluate how Salesforce updates affect business operations and integrations.
  • Integration Support – Assist in maintaining Salesforce integrations and connected applications (no deep technical development required).
  • Issue Resolution – Identify and troubleshoot system issues, working with technical teams for solutions.
  • Process Improvements – Research and recommend Salesforce best practices to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Lightning & Sales Cloud preferred).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, including workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce-connected tools such as DataLoader, RingLead, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or Sales Engage is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to develop expertise in advanced Salesforce functionalities.
