About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in launching and optimizing the Salesforce platform at EvenUp. This position is responsible for ensuring the platform aligns with business needs, enhancing system functionality, and supporting end-user adoption. Key areas of focus include automation, data integrity, security configuration, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce performance, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Configure, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to support business operations.
- Create and manage automation flows for tasks, alerts, and field updates.
- Maintain and configure user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Continuously assess system configurations and recommend optimizations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system needs and drive efficiency.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for Salesforce configuration, integration, and customization.
What’s Required
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a history of successful implementations.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience in the SaaS industry (preferred).
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning.
- Ability to design scalable, simple solutions while interpreting user needs.
- Strong understanding of user roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Proficiency in automation, validation rules, and data management.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Developer Certification.
- CPQ experience.
- Experience in a hyper-growth vertical SaaS company.
