About the Role
This role focuses on ensuring efficient Salesforce platform management while fostering collaboration, interpersonal communication, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Manage user and license setup, including roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.
- Provide support by troubleshooting user issues.
- Perform Salesforce configurations, including object and field creation, page layouts, custom settings, and record types.
- Monitor user adoption and recommend strategies to enhance it.
- Stay informed on Salesforce updates and suggest process improvements.
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Familiarity with Java from academic or professional experience is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of Salesforce experience. Active progress toward Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
