About the Role
The Salesforce Administrator will manage, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business operations. This role involves configuring features, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, troubleshooting issues, and working with teams to implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administration of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, and security settings.
- Configure and adjust Salesforce features such as workflows, custom objects, page layouts, and fields.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide relevant data to stakeholders.
- Work with different teams to understand business needs and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Perform regular data checks, manage duplicates, and maintain data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Keep up with Salesforce updates and apply new features to enhance functionality.
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage necessary updates.
Requirements:
