About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator will oversee the management and optimization of Salesforce systems, supporting business goals through effective data management and system improvements. This role includes system maintenance, user support, and the implementation of features to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration:

  • Manage Salesforce settings, including user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Conduct regular audits, address technical issues, and ensure system reliability.
  • Maintain data accuracy and security standards.

Customization & Development:

  • Build and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields to support business analysis.
  • Configure automation tools, such as Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations and custom development.

User Support:

  • Provide training and technical assistance to Salesforce users to improve system adoption.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify system improvements.

Data Management:

  • Handle data imports, exports, and deduplication tasks to maintain clean records.
  • Apply data security practices in alignment with company policies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Review Salesforce updates to recommend new features or functionality enhancements.
  • Identify ways to improve business processes through system configuration.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with knowledge of platform features.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

  • Experience with integrations using MuleSoft, APIs, or third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Ironclad.
  • Understanding of data management practices, including data security and compliance.
