About the Role

A Salesforce Administrator is needed to enhance business operations and support the management of personal injury cases by customizing and optimizing Litify, a Salesforce-based application. This role involves using Salesforce, Litify, and third-party tools to build solutions that address business needs and improve efficiency. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Salesforce Architect will be key in refining system requirements and expanding platform capabilities. A resourceful and detail-oriented professional will excel in this position, handling time-sensitive issues while continuously improving the Litify/Salesforce system. Responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, managing data, responding to user requests, designing and testing new features, and providing training. Strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, a willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Salesforce operations, troubleshoot issues, and develop automation to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee user and license administration, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules.
  • Respond to user support tickets and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identify and refine underutilized platform features.
  • Perform system maintenance, including security reviews, health checks, and performance assessments.
  • Create training materials and lead user training sessions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least one year of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Developer I, etc.).
  • Extensive Trailhead achievements.
  • Experience with Litify or legal practice systems.
  • Background in integrating and supporting Salesforce technologies.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community.
  • Interest in ongoing professional development.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and responsive communication with stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering requirements and designing technical solutions.
  • Ability to create and deliver training materials.
