About the Role

A company at the forefront of cloud networking and security is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the IS team. This role involves providing first-tier support, managing the ticketing system, and maintaining platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk. Collaboration with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Support will be key to ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-users daily, troubleshoot system issues, and manage data cleanups, reports, and dashboards.
  • Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, profiles, and access controls.
  • Ensure system performance, reliability, and security, including data uploads, backups, and audits.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as account maintenance, report creation, and dashboard updates.
  • Manage data imports, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
  • Implement system configurations and enhancements based on business needs.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors and assist users in creating reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator – required.
  • Experience administering Zendesk or CPQ is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including working with formulas.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required (native or bilingual level preferred).
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and applications.
