About the Role

This role is suited for a skilled Salesforce Administrator who takes pride in their work and values a strong company culture. The position focuses on maintaining and improving the Salesforce environment, ensuring its features meet the needs of different user groups. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is a key part of this role to understand requirements and enhance the system accordingly. Responsibilities include user support, customization, training, and encouraging system adoption. Day-to-day tasks include adding or removing users, managing workflows, and performing system audits.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Salesforce.com system administrator
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Conduct regular system audits and manage upgrades
  • Oversee Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations
  • Evaluate, scope, and complete new development requests
  • Work with institutional management to establish support processes for system administration, development, and change management
  • Train new users and support Salesforce skill development across the organization
  • Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and the application development team
  • Independently gather and document development requirements from stakeholders

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Developer certification preferred
  • Strong ability to design and implement new processes while driving user adoption
  • Proficiency in building custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and views
  • Strong data and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to assess the impact of new Salesforce requirements on integrated applications and processes
  • Willingness to work in-office two days a week
  • Occasional travel for team events to support collaboration and key decision-making
