About the Role

With continued growth and new developments, there is an opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join the team. This role has opened as one of the developers has stepped into a tech lead position, creating the need for additional expertise. A flexible and communicative professional with a problem-solving mindset. With at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, the right candidate brings analytical thinking, a proactive approach, and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining customized applications within Salesforce.
  • Automating business processes, managing data, and refining platform functionality using Apex, Aura, and LWC.
  • Integrating external systems through APIs and delivering technical solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and build appropriate solutions.
  • Balancing pre-built Salesforce capabilities with custom development, keeping both long-term flexibility and product vision in mind.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex (or Java) and Aura/LWC (or JavaScript).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certifications (preferred).
  • Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
