Job Description

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining customized solutions within Salesforce and Force.com applications. The developer will be responsible for creating and enhancing Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, and Lightning components, as well as integrating Salesforce with other applications. Collaboration with business users to understand requirements and provide technical expertise is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customized solutions in Salesforce and other Force.com applications.
  • Implement and maintain Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce, and Lightning pages.
  • Build and maintain interfaces between Salesforce and other applications.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to development and release management improvements.
  • Work on the functionality of the Lightning Component Framework (Aura).
  • Collaborate with business users to define and document business processes and requirements, offering recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide technical support and customer service to users across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working exclusively in Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, Lightning, Visualforce, and Apex programming, including Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, SOAP/REST API, and Test Classes.
  • Proficiency in Bulk Triggers, API-based integrations, and Batch Apex.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer) are an added advantage.
