Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to evaluate, customize, and implement Salesforce-based solutions that enhance business processes and efficiency. The role involves leading system changes, gathering and consolidating requirements, and supporting deployments while ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, customize, and implement business solutions.
- Lead system changes and manage the deployment of requests and fixes.
- Gather requirements and act as the primary contact for consolidating organizational needs.
- Provide training, document changes, and assist with testing solutions across departments.
- Design and document solutions while managing projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Stay updated on best practices, tools, and new features to optimize system efficiency and user productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce implementation and solution design experience.
- Proven track record in designing cross-departmental Salesforce-based processes.
- Experience in dynamic, agile environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (2+ years required).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with CPQ (advantageous).
Other Skills:
- Strong documentation skills for requirements, technical designs, and test plans.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage system configurations effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Independent, fast learner with team collaboration abilities.
- Service-oriented with global communication skills.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication proficiency.
