About the Role
Are you a natural leader with a passion for Salesforce and driving change? Join Yorkshire Housing as a Salesforce Technical Manager to lead our team and help shape our platform’s growth. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our development strategy, functionality roadmap, and maximizing Salesforce to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full technical ownership of the Salesforce platform and manage a dedicated Salesforce Operations Team.
- Oversee continuous improvements, bug fixes, and ensure top-tier performance of the Salesforce platform.
- Play a key role in our transformation programme, managing the development and release of new functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding experiences for employees and customers.
Requirements:
- Driven, hardworking individuals ready for a new challenge.
- Experience with major technology implementations, including Salesforce.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and integrations with third-party APIs.
- Expertise in Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with certifications in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, App Builder) being highly desirable.

- Full-time, permanent role with a salary of £64,391 per annum for a 35-hour week.
