About the Role

A Salesforce Administrator is needed to oversee Salesforce architecture, system performance, and optimization. This role involves customization, maintenance, and enhancement of the platform to align with business needs. Working within the Revenue Operations team, this position provides an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while expanding Salesforce expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage Salesforce & CPQ architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee and expand the Systems & Architecture pillar.
  • Ensure system integrity, performance, and security best practices.
  • Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
  • Implement and maintain workflows, process builders, and flows.
  • Support internal and third-party integrations.
  • Monitor system health, security, and performance.

User Support & Training

  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, addressing issues and delivering training.
  • Create and update documentation for automation and processes.
  • Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Validate and test system changes to ensure accuracy.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend best practices.

Development (Preferred, but Not Required)

  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs.
  • Debug and troubleshoot system errors and inefficiencies.
  • Improve user productivity and experience through system enhancements.
  • Work with HubSpot, Sales Loft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zapier, and other CRM tools.
  • Utilize Tableau or Looker for data visualization.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ, Platform Developer I).
