About the Role
A Salesforce Administrator & Insights Lead is needed to optimize Salesforce operations and drive data-led decision-making. This position goes beyond traditional administration, focusing on advanced analytics, automation, and predictive insights to enhance sales strategies.
Sitting within the Revenue Operations Team, this role will shape Salesforce workflows, reporting, and system integrations, ensuring seamless operations for the global bare metal and cloud infrastructure business.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Manage user administration, security settings, and platform configuration.
- Maintain data quality, system performance, and integration health.
- Standardize processes for global sales operations.
Data & Insights
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics beyond standard dashboards.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Design self-service reporting tools for leadership.
- Analyze data center utilization, sales pipeline trends, and revenue forecasting.
- Surface predictive insights to shape sales strategies proactively.
Data Quality & Compliance
- Monitor and improve data accuracy and hygiene.
- Implement automated data validation rules to enhance data integrity.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to enforce GDPR and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain reporting accuracy.
Process Optimization
- Build and automate sales workflows for bare metal, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
- Develop custom objects and fields to track data center capacity, server configurations, and deployment statuses.
- Automate Deal Desk and approval workflows.
Integrations & System Management
- Manage Salesforce integrations with other business and billing systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain API integrations for complex infrastructure deals.
Training & Enablement
- Lead training sessions to maximize Salesforce adoption.
- Promote a proactive, insights-driven approach to Salesforce usage.
- Encourage adoption of analytics tools and best practices across global sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Experience with data migrations and system integrations.
- Strong API management and troubleshooting skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Additional Salesforce certifications.
- Knowledge of infrastructure or hosting industry sales processes.
- Experience with Parod and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of bare metal and cloud infrastructure products.
- Experience working with global sales teams.
