About the Role
This role is suited for a skilled Salesforce Administrator who takes pride in their work and values a strong company culture. The position focuses on maintaining and improving the Salesforce environment, ensuring its features meet the needs of different user groups. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is a key part of this role to understand requirements and enhance the system accordingly. Responsibilities include user support, customization, training, and encouraging system adoption. Day-to-day tasks include adding or removing users, managing workflows, and performing system audits.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Salesforce.com system administrator
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows
- Conduct regular system audits and manage upgrades
- Oversee Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations
- Evaluate, scope, and complete new development requests
- Work with institutional management to establish support processes for system administration, development, and change management
- Train new users and support Salesforce skill development across the organization
- Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and the application development team
- Independently gather and document development requirements from stakeholders
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Developer certification preferred
- Strong ability to design and implement new processes while driving user adoption
- Proficiency in building custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and views
- Strong data and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to assess the impact of new Salesforce requirements on integrated applications and processes
- Willingness to work in-office two days a week
- Occasional travel for team events to support collaboration and key decision-making
