About the Role
A skilled Salesforce Administrator is needed to support and enhance the Salesforce platform, focusing on both administration and development. This role involves configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce to align with business needs while ensuring smooth system integrations and workflow efficiency. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills are key, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead to Live domain through development and customization of Salesforce.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
- Configure and customize Salesforce functionalities (custom objects, fields, flows, and automation).
- Optimize existing flows for performance and scalability using best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system reliability.
- Manage deployments across sandboxes and production environments following release processes.
- Create documentation and provide user training on implemented solutions.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer with a track record of successful implementations.
- Strong Salesforce declarative skills with Flows.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools (Talend, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a remote, distributed environment while managing priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile work management.
- Experience in technical support is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, CPQ Specialist) are an advantage.
