About the Role

Nintendo of America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance technology solutions for retail operations, including the My Nintendo Store and Nintendo Payment Gateway. This role serves as a key liaison between business teams and internal IT departments, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and drive effective operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting existing systems and translating business needs into functional solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis of business processes to provide recommendations and influence project direction.
  • Assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions while advising stakeholders on best approaches.
  • Define and document application security requirements and overall system controls.
  • Coordinate technical and application support with third-party vendors.
  • Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, design, configurations, testing, and results analysis.
  • Manage triage, resolution, and remediation of production support issues.
  • Provide training and support to employees on applications and business processes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis and software development technologies.
  • Strong ability to perform Structured System Analysis and apply industry best practices.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
  • Basic SQL query development skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or consumer/customer service systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Salesforce Order Management is preferred.
  • Bilingual Japanese skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $89,000 – $142,500 annually
  • Bonus: Semi-annual discretionary performance bonus
