About the Role
Nintendo of America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance technology solutions for retail operations, including the My Nintendo Store and Nintendo Payment Gateway. This role serves as a key liaison between business teams and internal IT departments, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and drive effective operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting existing systems and translating business needs into functional solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis of business processes to provide recommendations and influence project direction.
- Assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions while advising stakeholders on best approaches.
- Define and document application security requirements and overall system controls.
- Coordinate technical and application support with third-party vendors.
- Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, design, configurations, testing, and results analysis.
- Manage triage, resolution, and remediation of production support issues.
- Provide training and support to employees on applications and business processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis and software development technologies.
- Strong ability to perform Structured System Analysis and apply industry best practices.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Basic SQL query development skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms or consumer/customer service systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Salesforce Order Management is preferred.
- Bilingual Japanese skills are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $89,000 – $142,500 annually
- Bonus: Semi-annual discretionary performance bonus
