About the Role

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing Salesforce applications to support daily operations and long-term goals. This role involves system analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance while working closely with business teams, IT personnel, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administration of Salesforce applications
  • Analyze system needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain documentation, including technical specifications and training materials
  • Monitor system performance, security, and compliance with industry regulations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and resource management
  • Ensure system settings and security standards align with company policies

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience with system integration, technology solutions, and project coordination
  • Understanding of financial services, regulations, and operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimizing system functionality
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems (preferred)
  • At least three years of experience in technology implementation and team coordination
  • Familiarity with application development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus

Work Conditions

  • Remote work eligibility based on assessment
  • Hybrid work option available in approved locations
  • Occasional travel to branch locations or community events may be required
  • Ability to work extended hours if needed
