About the Role
This position involves using technology to improve business processes. Reporting to the Manager of CRM Strategy, the Salesforce Lead Administrator will take charge of system enhancements, user engagement, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for a system with 700+ users.
- Assist other administrators with user account management, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine system tasks.
- Work closely with senior team members to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training for new users and help improve Salesforce adoption across the organization.
- Act as the point of contact between users and development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and enhance business processes.
- Manage product and pricebook data within the platform.
- Oversee user and license management, including setup, deactivation, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
- Configure Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, record types, page layouts, dashboards, and reports.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Minimum of two years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification preferred.
- Experience developing new processes and increasing user engagement with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, system configurations, and data management.
- Track record of successfully leading and completing projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
