About the Role
The Salesforce Architect will design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions for the global Leisure travel business. This role involves collaborating with system integrators, internal platform leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. The position requires an emphasis on best practices, minimal custom code, and a sustainable foundation for future growth within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and system integrators to maximize out-of-the-box functionality while minimizing custom code.
- Oversee integrations with internal systems, maintaining a unified data model and seamless user experience.
- Promote governance standards, DevOps practices, and platform best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and releases, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Over 5 years of experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, including multi-cloud implementations.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient, user-centric configurations.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with legacy or third-party systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive “configure-first” mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
