About the Role
The Operational Excellence team at Trustpilot is hiring a Salesforce Trainer to enhance the efficiency and productivity of commercial and operations teams. This position involves designing and delivering training, providing ongoing support, and improving user adoption of Salesforce and Customer Engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective training programs for Salesforce and customer engagement tools, designed for various roles within the organization.
- Create engaging materials, including guides, videos, tutorials, and webinars.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and deliver ongoing training for existing team members to support best practices.
- Identify and address user challenges, offering solutions or additional training when needed.
- Advocate for efficient use of tools by demonstrating their value in improving sales processes.
- Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team and other stakeholders to refine tool usage.
- Collect user feedback and coordinate with technical teams to implement updates and customizations.
- Emphasize data accuracy within Salesforce through targeted training and regular monitoring.
- Train users to generate and interpret reports and dashboards effectively.
- Work closely with sales managers, customer success teams, and operations to align training efforts with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a communication link between users and technical teams to ensure tools meet business needs.
Skills and Experience
- Experience as a trainer, sales operations specialist, or in a similar role, with expertise in Salesforce and Customer Engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales workflows and customer success processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make technical concepts accessible to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in creating engaging training content and using digital collaboration tools.
- Analytical mindset, capable of recognizing trends and offering actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Background in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with other sales enablement or CRM tools.
