About the Role
A leading Customer Success Engineering team in Berlin is seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer to deliver effective Salesforce solutions. The position focuses on development, system enhancement, and collaboration to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Create scalable Salesforce features to address business needs.
- System Integration: Manage and improve integrations between Salesforce and core systems.
- Code Enhancement: Refine existing codebases and build additional functionalities.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and solve technical challenges to ensure smooth performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with team members to support development goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply updates and incorporate the latest Salesforce features.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development.
- Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Metadata, and APIs.
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and release management.
- Fluent English at C1 level; German proficiency is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
